As the summer heat eases in, the desire for a some cooling relief kicks in. What is better than cooling off when a refreshing iced tea blend? We've been getting a lot of questions lately about if TeaDrops can be iced and the answer is "Yes! It actually tastes delicious iced." Here's how to make delicious iced TeaDrops in 4 simple steps:
Iced TeaDrops (1 serving)
1. Add a TeaDrop to your cup, in this picture we have Sweet Peppermint (ultra cooling and refreshing on a hot day).
2. Boil hot water and add about 1/2 a cup (4 oz) to your cup and stir.
3. Add as many ice cubes as desired and stir. The first initial cubes will melt quite fast since the water is hot, but keep adding more. Because we only used half of the usual hot water amount, do not worry about the taste becoming too diluted.
For a larger quantity of iced tea, simply increase the quantity of TeaDrops and move all additions of hot water/stiring into a stove pot. Avoid blending the hot water/cold ice in glassware.
