- 8 oz of Tea Drops Ube Latte, cooled
- 1/8 oz Vanilla Extract
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 Egg White
- 4 oz Brown Sugar Syrup (50/50 ratio of brown sugar and water)
- Prepared Boba
- Soak prepared boba in brown sugar syrup and set aside.
- In a shaker glass, add Tea Drops Ube Latte, vanilla extract, coconut cream, and egg white.
- Lightly dry shake for 5 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 5 seconds to chill drink.
- Strain mixture into martini glass.
- Garnish with skewered boba and enjoy!
