We feel it is essential to remain transparent about the anticipated changes to holiday shopping this season, and we highly encourage you to start early!

This year we are encouraging you to start your holiday shopping earlier than ‘normal’ to avoid potential shipping delays or unforeseen inventory challenges.
• This year shipping carriers have forecasted record demand for home delivery services, and existing supply constraints related to COVID have the potential to cause scarcity with some of our favorite teas.
• Carriers are expecting delays in shipping due to constraints to trucks and other issues.

We have worked tirelessly with our shipping partners to understand and manage our shipping capacity, to accommodate the high volume of orders we anticipate through the end of the year, and to mitigate any changes to expected shipping timelines to the best of our ability.
We know sometimes you need a gift right away so we have added more options for you to get your package when you need it. See below for shipping options and how much each costs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION
We are dedicated to transparency and will be updating communications on our site throughout the season, so it is clear when you are likely to receive your items.
In preparation for Holiday we are extending our CS hours starting Oct-25th from 6am-7pm PST Monday - Friday, with Saturday support starting Nov 20th. Sunday support only available on Nov 28th. We want to make sure all of your questions around shipping, gift giving, and timing are answered.
