3 Steps to a More Intentional and Inspirational Year
1. Find inspo in the things you love to do! Is there something you love to do that maybe you wish you did more of because it makes you feel great? Set aside time dedicated to building on your passions and incorporate them into a routine!
2. Have check-ins with yourself. Observe the things that brought you both good and bad vibes! How can you recover from the bad and carry on or how can you create more of the good?
3. Manifest your ideal mantra! What is your intention for 2021! How will you reset?
