Working from home? We've gathered some tips to make sure you have the most productive day! Add a couple of these or all to your daily schedule to feel motivated, revived, and ready to conquer any distractions!
CREATE A MORNING ROUTINE
Have a morning routine before turning on your computer! Make breakfast, prepare a cup of tea (We recommend GLOW Tea Sprinkles), or mediate! Start out with something to revive you and motivate you to get to work!
INCREASE FACE TIME WITH OTHERS
Make sure you still get some face time in! Make your meetings video chats, FaceTime your friends instead of texting them or calling them.
WRITE IT OUT
Start the day by writing out everything you need to do for the day and cross it off as you finish it. It helps you remember and is extra motivating to check it off!
TAKE BREAKS
Make sure you take breaks! Take a breather hang with a pet or relax with a cup of tea. Not only does it break up your works, it helps reset your body and your brain! Walk around the block or put on some music and get moving!
